On the afternoon of October 7, the School of International Education held a phase report meeting for the construction of bilingual courses in the faculty meeting room, and discussed related issues such as the teaching application methods of bilingual courses. Dean Yuan Changzheng, Vice Dean Jiang Dashan, the heads of the teaching and research offices, and all the teachers attended the meeting.

The construction of bilingual courses at the School of International Education began in early 2020, and six courses have been completed to date. The second batch of four bilingual specialized courses is currently under construction. The responsible teachers, while ensuring the quality and quantity of their teaching tasks, have been diligently working on the construction of bilingual courses in their spare time. The courses under construction this time involve four specialties: International Finance, Big Data and Accounting, Modern Logistics Management, and E-commerce, including "Fundamentals of Finance," "Commercial Banking Practice," "Supply Chain Management," and "Marketing." At present, the course outlines, course PPTs, and course standards for these four specialized courses have been completed in bilingual construction. Next, the construction of bilingual course exercises, examination papers, and practical guidance books will continue. In line with the era's demand for the transformation of internet teaching methods, the school will continue to improve the construction of supporting bilingual micro-course resources, with eight new bilingual micro-course videos added.

Through the discussion, the teachers involved in the construction of bilingual courses exchanged and learned from each other, recognizing the achievements of the previous construction and clarifying the direction for future efforts. These efforts have laid a solid foundation for the successful completion of the construction and application of bilingual courses, and will further highlight the advantages and characteristics of the School of International Education's curriculum.
