To deepen the integration of production and education and help enterprises with talent training, on July 5, the School of International Education (School of Foreign Languages) and its cooperative unit Kaifeng Sumitomo Wiring Systems Co., Ltd. jointly launched the second Japanese training course for enterprise employees. The training was given by Liu Yanan, director of the Applied Japanese Teaching and Research Section of the School of International Education (School of Foreign Languages).
In the first session of the training, Liu Yanan not only introduced in detail Japan's geography, history, culture and social overview, but also systematically explained the basic knowledge of Japanese, including Japanese pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary and daily conversations. In addition, Liu Yanan shared efficient learning methods and strategies to help the trainees master Japanese more effectively. The trainees showed a high enthusiasm for learning and actively participated in classroom interactions. Through various learning forms such as role-playing and group discussions, they not only improved their Japanese listening and speaking skills, but also enhanced their awareness and ability of cross-cultural communication.
Through this training, employees will be able to better understand Japanese business culture and etiquette, laying a solid language and cultural foundation for the company's business expansion in the Japanese market. The school will take this Japanese training as a new starting point, continue to deepen the integration of production and education, and strive to achieve resource sharing and mutual benefit between schools and enterprises. At the same time, the school will continue to expand the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation, explore more paths for collaborative development in talent training, technical exchanges, internship and employment, and strive to contribute to enhancing regional industrial competitiveness and cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
