In this contest, the contestants chose their favorite attractions in Kaifeng, such asMillennium City Park, The Song Dynasty Of Kungfu City, Hanyuan Forest of Steles, etc., and introduced them with aediting videolength of 3-5 minutes, demonstrating the unique charm of the excellent traditional Chinese culture and spreading the story of Kaifeng through Chinese and English bilingual videos. The competition was divided into two stages: preliminary and final, and the excellent works were selected by the English teachers of each class to enter the final. The final round was voted and evaluated by a panel of judges composed of professional teachers from the whole college, and two groups of first prize, four groups of second prize and six groups of third prize were finally selected.

Through this competition, students vividly talked about the historical background, cultural characteristics and sightseeing experience of Kaifeng culture in English, which fully showed the bilingual creativity and talent of the students of International Education (Foreign Languages) College. At the same time, it further deepened young students’understanding and love of Chinese culture, and further promoted the international dissemination of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
