On the afternoon of November 12th, our college held a skills competition experience exchange and sharing meeting in Room 204 of Building 15. The meeting invited Dr. Wang Li, Vice Dean of the School of Materials and Chemical Engineering at our university, to share the competition experience. Huang Yiqin, Vice Dean of the College of International Education (College of Foreign Languages), Li Junxia, Chang Lin, and some contestants from the skills competition attended the meeting. Dr. Wang Li communicatedand sharedwith everyone from the following aspects. Firstly, in terms of project design, participating teams should closely focus on the requirements of "independently determining the project name, independently designing the project content, and independently selecting the participating equipment", highlighting the practicality and innovation of the project; Secondly, in terms of practicing skills, contestants should be proficient in mastering the skills and operational norms of their profession or job position, continuously improving their skill operation level and comprehensive ability to solve complex problems during practice; Thirdly, in terms of preparation strategies, participants should actively adjust their mentality, understand the rules of the competition, and face the new requirements of upgrading and changing the competition with a high spirit. The attendees listened carefully to the experience sharing and expressed that they had benefited greatly. Everyone discussed the specific design of the competition project, strategies for skill improvement, and other aspects. The experience sharing and exchange meeting of this skills competition will promote the advanced concepts and implementation experience in the competition, and build a platform for teachers to communicate and learn from each

other. The college will persist in playing a leading role in vocational skills competitions, continuously innovate talent training models, and cultivate more high-quality comprehensive skilled talents!
