OnOctober 24^th,International Education (Foreign Languages) College invited Xiao Limin, the member of the Municipal Party Committee's Propaganda Team for the Spirit of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Partyand the director of the office ofSchool of Marxism,to conduct a lecture on studying and implementing the spirit of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party for all faculty members who are Party members in the college.

At the lecture, Xiao Limin provided a comprehensive, in-depth, and systematic interpretation of several key aspects related to the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party. These included the basic situation of the plenary session, the important speech delivered by President Xi Jinping at the session, and the significant measures for further comprehensively deepening reform proposed in theDecision. Using detailed data and vivid examples, she elaborated on the focal points of the meeting content, such as the direction of educational reform and new requirements for talent cultivation, making abstract theories more accessible and easy to understand. Subsequently, the participating teachers actively engaged in discussions and posed questions around the alignment of educational equity, disciplinary development, and the spirit of the plenary session, creating a lively atmosphere during the interactive session.

Thelecture has laid a solid foundation for the college to continuously and deeply study and implement the spirit of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, and has also pointed the way for the future development of the college. The faculty and staff of the college have profoundly realized the responsibilities they bear. They have expressed their determination to further deepen their understanding and grasp of the spirit of the plenary session, to truly unify their thoughts and actions with the decisions and deployments made at the plenary session, to stand firm in their own positions, to be courageous in taking on responsibilities, and to contribute their own strength to the development of the college and the university.
