On the afternoon of October 17, 2024, the International Education (Foreign Languages) Collegeheld a special lecture for foreign teachers in Room 101, Building 5. The lecture, themed "Teaching Management Approach," was hosted by Dean Jiang Dashan of the School of International Education (Foreign Languages College), and delivered by British Greenwich University foreign teacher Evgenia, with the participation of all faculty members.

Evgenia began by introducing her educational background and teaching experience. Subsequently, she delved into her teaching methods and experiences across four aspects: teaching planning, organization, motivation, and management. She emphasized the importance of formulating scientific and reasonable teaching plans, proposing that content should be designed based on students' individual characteristics and course requirements. In terms of teaching organization, Evgenia demonstrated various methods such as oral exams, written tests, individual answers, group discussions, and role-playing to enhance student engagement and interest. Additionally, she stressed the cultivation of students' motivation, advocating that teachers should foster self-driven learning to help students develop lifelong learning habits. She also shared effective teaching management strategies, including building positive teacher-student relationships, effective classroom management, and assessment methods. Teachers present at the lecture expressed significant gains and thanked Evgenia for her insightful presentation.

This foreign teacher lecture not only provided an opportunity for our faculty to learn and exchange but also took a solid step towards enhancing teaching quality and advancing internationalized educational reforms at our institution.
