On the afternoon of September 12, 2024, the China-Australia Teacher-Student Symposium was held in the conference room on the second floor oftheInternational Education (Foreign Languages) College. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Zhao Liqiang, the representative of the University of Canberra in China, Mr. Emir, the Vice President of theInternational Education (Foreign Languages) College, Mr. Huang Yiqin, as well as faculty and student representatives.

The symposium began with Mr. Emir, the foreign teacher, sharing his enriching experiences of teaching in China. His narrative was filled with fascinating anecdotes that highlighted the unique journey of cross-cultural education. This session was particularly beneficial for the 2024 cohort of students, who gained a preliminary yet comprehensive understanding of the China-Australia cooperative education program.
