On June 16th, the 3rd English Dubbing Contest of the International Education College came to a successful conclusion.Students from the class of 2019registered to participate, and English teachers from the International Education College served as judges.

Due to the pandemic, this year's English Dubbing Contest was conducted in the form of online video submissions. The preliminary round received 40 dubbing works, which were diverse in theme, lively in content, and positive in spirit. The participants demonstrated standard pronunciation and appropriate emotion, showcasing the youthful charm and learning enthusiasm of the students from the International Education College, offering a feast for the eyes and ears to all faculty and students. After the initial screening, 20 works were selected to participate in the final round. The college organized professional teachers to vote online again, and ultimately, the segment of "Wreck It Ralph 2" by student Diao Ziqi was awarded theGrand Prize, while the works by students Chen Peilin and Zheng Xiaoxing won the first prize. Works by students such as Fang Yudie and five others received the second prize, and the works by students such as Qin Bingbing and 11 others received the third prize.

This English Dubbing Contest is one of the series of online Sino-Western Cultural Festival activities of the International Education College in 2020. Its successful holding has enriched the online learning life of the students, provided a platform for students to showcase themselves, further enhanced the atmosphere of English learning, and reflected the teaching characteristics of "English +Major" of our college.
