On April 9, 2021, the International Education College initiated the second phase of the "1+X" Big Data Financial Analysis Certificate training. A total of 115 students from relatedmajors ofthe International Education College and the Finance and Economics College registered for the training, which took place in the training room on the 4th floor ofthe Finance and Economics College. Participants utilizedevening study sessionsand weekends for both online and offline learning. Through this training, students will gain an in-depth understanding of the content and curriculum system of the Big Data Financial Analysis Certificate, establish a direct perception of practical scenarios in big data financial analysis, and lay a solid foundation for obtaining the certificate in the future. The training is scheduled to last for a month, with the first examination for the certificate planned for mid-May 2021.

With the rapid development of the information age, big data financial analysis has become an essential skill for corporate management personnel, and there are currently few channels for training in society. In 2021, the Ministry of Education issued a notice regarding "TheCatalogueof Vocational Majors(2021)," renaming the accounting major to Big Data and Accounting, and the financial management major to Big Data and Financial Management. Developing the professional direction of big data financial analysis is an effective way to fill the gap in social talent demand and promote the innovative development of professional education in colleges.
