In order to ensure the quality of teaching, the International Education Institute conducted lectures for the "three new" teachers at the beginning of the semester. After three weeks, all 12 teachers have completed their lectures.
The proportion of internal and external teachers in the International Education Institute is relatively high, and after the revision of the talent training program in the past two years, there are also many new courses and textbooks. In order to ensure good teaching effectiveness, the college conducts online or offline lectures for the "three new" teachers - those who are newly hired, teach new courses, and new textbooks - at the beginning of each semester, and provides feedback and suggestions to relevant teachers to improve their classroom teaching. This semester, there are a total of 12 "three new" teachers in the college. Dean Yuan Changzheng, Vice Dean Jiang Dashan, and three directors of the teaching and research department completed their lectures within 3 weeks and will provide feedback on their opinions and suggestions after holding a student representative symposium next week.
The Institute of International Education has long adhered to the system of listening to lectures, including hiring internal and external teachers, "three new" teachers, and foreign teachers, to enable them to better understand the teaching situation in China, adjust teaching progress in a timely manner, and improve teaching methods, achieving good results.
