Recently, the "2022 National Finance and Securities Investment Simulation Training Competition" sponsored by the National Financial Vocational Education Teaching Steering Committee came to a successful conclusion. A total of 10 representative teams from the School of International Education of Kaifeng University participated in the competition. They competed fiercely with nearly 500 higher vocational colleges and more than 5,400 teams. Finally, four teams were shortlisted for various awards: two teams won the first prize in groups, one team won the second prize in groups, and one team won the third prize in groups. Among them, both Team 7 and Team 6 of the School of International Education have obtained the qualification to participate in the national championship invitational tournament.

This competition is a comprehensive practical training competition designed based on the industry knowledge, basic business skills and practical operation skills that securities practitioners should possess, with the securities industry as the background. During the competition, many teachers such as Yuan Changzheng, Huang Yiqin, Song Dahua and Shen Erbo led teams respectively. They overcame various difficulties during the epidemic period, provided meticulous guidance and assisted students to make steady progress in the competition. Through this competition, the participating students not only accumulated rich industry knowledge and social experience, but also demonstrated the practical teaching level of Kaifeng University and reflected the importance attached to students' financial quotient education.
