In order to actively respond to the regulation of "the second week of May every year is the vocational education activity week", the International Education College has carried out a series of characteristic practical training activities. On the morning of May 16, 2023, students majoring in Big Data and Accounting for the 2022 cohort of our college conducted a special training activity on filling out accounting vouchers in Room 204 of Building 15. This training activity is an important part of the accounting practical skills in the "Basic Accounting" course, designed and fully guided by the instructor Bo Lina.

Correctly filling out and reviewing accounting vouchers is the starting point of accounting work procedures and an essential skill for students majoring in big data and accounting. According to the requirements, 6 people will be divided into a training group in the training, each responsible for the roles of financial supervisor, accountant, cashier, auditor, and document maker. They will work together to complete the accounting processing of economic transactions such as material procurement, material warehousing, material requisition, borrowing, production, sales, profit formation, profit distribution, and business travel loans. They will also complete the filling and review of accounting vouchers as required.

Through this practical training, students have transformed the professional knowledge learned in the course into accounting practical operations. Everyone feels a sense of achievement and has also stimulated their interest in further learning accounting skills. At the same time, students have also discovered some shortcomings in themselves and their teams, such as carelessness and lack of caution, weak grasp of basic knowledge, and insufficient teamwork. These issues will be further improved and perfected in future learning and practical training.
