In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching and promote the growth of young teachers, on the afternoon of June 1, the Foreign Language Institute held a teaching observation activity in Room 403 of Building 17. All the teachers of the institute have observed the three courses: "English Listening and Speaking" by Roopa, "International Trade Theory" by Ms. Gao Hong, and "Japanese Listening and Speaking" by Mr. Chen Yan in the Japanese Teaching and Research Department.

According to the characteristics of the courses and the students' situations, the three teachers designed the teaching steps and contents scientifically, and adopted flexible and varied teaching methods to fully arouse the enthusiasm of the students. After observing the lessons, all the teachers had a discussion.

This open teaching observation activity provided a platform for teaching discussion and exchange for teachers in the whole institute. We discussed how to implement teaching reform according to their aptitude under the background of independent enrollment, which greatly encouraged the enthusiasm of all teachers to participate in classroom teaching reform.
