On April 27th, the final round of the first "Noel Cup" Mock Interview Competition was held in the International Education College’sHall of Building No. 5 at Kaifeng University. Thecollege'sadministrators and faculty representatives were present at the venue.

A total of 33 contestants advanced to the final round of the competition. The final round was conducted in the form of a comprehensive interview. Xi Yue, the founder ofNoel Robotics, Ding Shen and Guo Shan, the principals of Noel Robotics Inc.,Guo Shan, Vice Dean of the International Education College Jiang Dashan, and Zhu Miao from the Ideological and Political Education Department served as judges for the event. The finalists presented a comprehensive personal display tailored to the companies and positions they were simulating for. The contestants' fluent speeches, professional capabilities, and PPT presentations were met with rounds of applause from the audience. In the end,the guests awarded the two winners of the first prize, five of the second prize and ten of the third prize. And Guo Shan provided a comprehensive review of the performance of all the participants.

The mock interview competition is an important practical activity for the Human Resource Management course at the International Education College, focusing on the enhancement of students' employment competence. The competition aims to cultivate students' self-awareness in job seeking and provide them with the opportunity to experience the job application process. This year's competition featured a rich self-presentation segment and an innovative competition format. The sessions like resume screening, mock interviews, resume training, and corporate career experience provided students with a more comprehensive workplace experience.
