On the morning of May 15th, 2023, the final of the third Simulation Recruitment PersonalPresentation Competition of International EducationCollege, Kaifeng University, was held in Room 221 of theComplex Building. The leadershipof the collegeattended the competition. Huang Yiqin, Wang Xia, and Kang Fengzhuo, teachers of the Human Resources Management course, as well as graduate representatives Zhang Xinyue and Wang Qinghe, served as judges for the competition.

Simulation recruitment PersonalPresentation Competition is a practical training activity of "Human Resource Management" course, but also one of the College’sdistinctive projects of Henan Vocational Education Activity Week . The initial round was a resume screening and simulated interview, which produced 18 finalists. The contestants fully demonstrated their job intentions, personal advantages, practical experiences, and job recognition from various aspects. Through fierce competition, Hao Wancun won the first prize, Wang Yongjun, Wang Mengyang, and Wang Angxin won the second prize; Wu Shang, Chen Meng, Xing Xiangyang, Zhang Wenjing, and Li Jiaxue won the third prize.

At the end of the competition, the judges gave a comprehensive evaluation of the contestants' performances and provided feasible suggestions for the problems that existed.Students will in a good state to face the various challenges in the future workplace.

The successful holding of the third Simulated Job Search Competition for International Education College students has kicked off the college's Vocational Education Activity Week.
