On the afternoon of March 21, the School of International Education held a briefing meeting on the "New era University 'Golden teacher' training series" in the conference room of the school. Chang Lin, teacher of the E-commerce Teaching and Research Department, reported that all teachers of the teaching and research department attended the meeting.

From March 8 to 11, 2024, Ms. Chang Lin participated in the eighth training for the basic skills and ability improvement of all-round compulsory teaching for young teachers in colleges and universities (nine courses and nine items). She reported on the nine modules in the training and the core content of the nine reports, and explained the new technologies and new methods of teacher skills in detail. In particular, the teaching design based on AI-related tools and the sharing of OBE education concepts aroused great interest among teachers, and they launched a heated discussion, saying that they should actively learn AI technology and gradually use it in teaching in the future, enrich teaching methods, improve students' enthusiasm and participation, and further improve learning results.

Through this briefing, the teachers of the college got new inspiration in the digital teaching design and technology application, and expanded new ideas in teaching innovation, teaching technology, teaching skills, etc., which helps to strengthen the basic teaching skills of teachers, so as to continuously improve the teaching skills and the quality of student training.
