At 3 o'clock in the afternoon of October 23rd, Shi Chaoting, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the University, went to the School of Foreign Languages to investigate and guide the work. The team members and teachers' representatives participated in the research.

At the meeting, Meng Xiangru, secretary of the General Party Branch of the Foreign Language College, made a special report on the construction of grass-roots Party organizations, theme education, and the construction of party conduct and clean government. Dean Cheng Xin reported the basic situation of the college, the achievements, the current key work, the existing problems and the work plan for the next step.

Shi Chaoting had an in-depth exchange with the teacher representatives and had a collective talk on clean government. He gave full recognition to the achievements of the college and the spirit of unity. The college party member integral system and the college party member dormitory responsibility area system were highly evaluated. He hoped that the college will continue to play a leading role in Party building and do a good job of double grasp and stability.
