At 3:00 P.M. on September 6th , the School of Foreign Languages held a trial lecture for new teachers. The three new teachers of this semester gave lectures and demonstrations. The activity was presided over by Vice President Cheng Xin.

First, President Cheng introduced the basic information of the three new teachers to all the teachers. Then the three teachers gave lectures one by one.After seeing the presentation of the three new teachers, the senior teachers and the directors of the teaching and research section respectively put forward their own experiences and opinions: the teacher's teaching is not only to impart knowledge to the students, but more importantly to cultivate the students' learning and thinking methods, and improve their practical ability; Several young teachers also believe that: teachers should take the way students like and individualized teaching methods to better achieve the effective combination of teaching and listening to the class.

The whole activity atmosphere is active:everyone speaks enthusiastically, young teachers humbly seek advice,andsenior teachers earnestly teach. Finally,the dean,Zhang Jiuming, concluded that in order to improve the teaching practice ability of teachers and promote the training of application-oriented talents, theschool strives to create conditions for teachers. For new teachers, theschool continues the way of "passing along" and provides mentors for each new teacher, so that new teachers can familiarize themselves with the teaching environment as soon as possible, understand the teaching procedures and improve the teaching level.
