In order to improve the teaching and scientific research level of new teachers, on the afternoon of September 26, the School of Foreign Languages held a symposium on the training plan for new young teachers. Four teachers and four new young teachers attended the symposium. The meeting was chaired by Dean Zhang Jiuming. President Zhang clarified the "tutorial system" at the meeting, and selected 4 excellent backbone teachers of our college as mentors to implement the "transmission, help and belt." Young teachers and instructors are required to follow each other and make careful evaluation, and gradually improve the teaching theory and skill level of young teachers in listening and learning, teaching and teaching. It is hoped that young teachers can establish the consciousness of "teaching is teaching and research, and problems are special topics", cultivate the consciousness and initiative of teaching and research, consult humbly, and make reasonable plans.

At the meeting, four instructors presented the training program for young teachers. Young teachers have expressed that they should learn from their predecessors' teaching and scientific research experience, actively innovate subject directions and professional fields, dare to be the first, brave to shoulder heavy responsibilities, and strive to be a great pillar.
